Insight from Annalise

Jeff and Anna were walking hand in hand down the sidewalk to the car after school this afternoon. A boy in her class, Cosi, ran past at a very high speed. She was recounting a story to Jeff about Cosi and another boy. This triggered her observation:
"Boys are like dogs. Even though they are best friends they play fight each other."

How true it is. :)

So true...right now my boys are loaded down with "weapons" play fighting. In a minute someone will be mad, then all is forgiven and it's back to battle. Our favorite weapon right now is the slingshot made from a sock with a ball inside. We slay a lot of lions and Goliaths!!!

This is a good reminder for me not to step in too quickly when my boys are fighting! Boys will be boys.
